I sympathize with the employees, especially considering the current time of the year.
"It appears that the building will need to be demolished."
A different person who lives on the opposite side of the A92 from the restaurant stated that they observed the presence of smoke at approximately 12:35 am.

There was an overpowering odor of smoke that grew increasingly intense as it approached the house, to the point where the driveway was no longer visible.
"It is unfortunate because it was an enjoyable destination to go to."
