Usyk, who is scheduled to fight against Tyson Fury in the upcoming year, defeated Bellew by knockout in 2018 when he was competing in the welterweight division.
During a recent episode of I'm A Celeb, Bellew shared that if the referee hadn't stopped the fight, he might not have survived. When asked about knocking someone out, Bellew mentioned that it brings a sense of relief. He also discussed the importance of staying emotionally detached in boxing and the sacrifices required to succeed in the sport. Bellew described his fight against Usyk as challenging, highlighting Usyk's ability to analyze his opponents and execute his strategy. Bellew admitted to being exhausted during the fight and credited the referee for potentially saving his life by stopping the bout. He emphasized the brutal nature of professional boxing and his priority of returning home safely.

Bellew expressed relief that the fight was over, to which Spears asked if he was satisfied with knocking someone out, considering it was part of his job.
Bellew expressed his excitement for getting a knockout in the fight, while Spears confessed that the thought of having to actually fight was something she dreaded and considered her worst nightmare.

Bellew discussed the mindset of a boxer, emphasizing the importance of emotional control. He explained that it is crucial to remain detached from the event and approach it with a cold and focused mindset.
"I believe that nothing I have accomplished is extraordinary. It is achievable by anyone, as long as they are willing to make sacrifices."
Spears laughed before adding, "I'm sorry but no. Boxing is not something that just anyone can do!"
Eager to participate, Sam Thompson, who has been predicted by a former contestant on I'm A Celeb to win the series, jumped in to ask: "Can you describe what it was like to fight Usyk?"
"It was too difficult," Bellew admitted. "Clearly, he is exceptional. I have faced opponents who were stronger and faster, but none who possessed all of his skills like he does."
"He is analyzing your performance. He is capturing and storing all the information about your actions."
He needed three attempts to accomplish the task. It took him eight tries with me. Finally, he was able to succeed by pulling the trigger.
"I was really tired. I can recall everything that happened up to the seventh round, but I have no memory of the eighth round."

Competing in professional boxing at the highest level is extremely challenging and demanding. My main focus was to ensure that I returned home safely after each match. Once that was accomplished, my goal was to do whatever it takes to come out victorious in the ring.
